THE ASBL VLUGGE KITE / MOLSE FONDCLUB

Charging 020 eurocent / per pigeon on the local result

Dear fanciers and members of the Mol long distance club, as a result of the corona crisis, the board has decided after long deliberation to reintroduce the local postage on the provincial national and international flights.

As everyone has been able to read in the union magazine no.1, the compulsory local doubling of 0.25 euros per pigeon is not included in the national / provincial contribution per pigeon and can therefore always be charged by the local clubs.

We as a board must manage the financial condition of the club with due diligence, with an eye for a financially healthy and bright future. The corona crisis has hit our club hard, just like many other associations, and for us it is also a matter of looking at how the future will unfold.

Will there be Molse long distance evenings or champion days for the sprint and middle distance to take place in a way that we would all like to do?

Will we still be able to organize coupon sales, will we still be able to drink beers in a normal way during basketing?

At the moment we are not sure of anything, and certainly not of our income.

That is why we have decided from now on to charge 0.20 eurocent per pigeon on every flight of the national and provincial calendar, so that in this way we can still recuperate a part of the income needed for the rent and many other expenses. We know all too well that getting a lot, as it has always been in recent years, is much more fun than having to give up.

Anyone who has difficulty with this decision should think of the years when everyone could play for almost free in the Vlugge Vlieger and Molse long distance club and on the 2 champion days was overloaded with the many paid back postage and free prizes.

Many of you have become known thanks to the Molse Fondclub and all together we have put the Molse Fondclub National and even International on the map through the many top performances of our members. Which of you would have started racing the short and / or extreme long distance if a long distance club had never been founded in Mol….

Breaking down and criticizing is easier and for some more fun than helping to build something, and we as government will also make mistakes. But you can be sure of one thing if we don't work together now, then it might be the end of the story with our club.

The board will do everything in its power to prevent it from happening and with your support we may have something extra left for everyone at the end of the year.

At the end of September we will draw up the financial and sporting balance and discuss and record the future of the SWIFT FLYER / MOLSE FONDCLUB together with all members.

The digital results cheap, fast and easy

* Every fancier is obliged to take a local result from the Molse Fondclub (MFC) for each flight that he participates. The enthusiast is free to choose between a digital result (which is sent by e-mail) or a paper result (which is sent by post).

* The results of the East Antwerp Long Distance game are not mandatory.

* For organizational reasons and to avoid misunderstandings, the digital results are only offered in a seasonal subscription.

In total you can register for 4 subscriptions:

Subscription short distance MFC: € 8

subscription long distance MFC: € 8

* A paper result costs € 2 per flight for the MFC and € 1 per flight for the OAF.

* If an enthusiast has not subscribed to the digital subscription of the MFC, he is obliged to take a paper result from the MF every time he participates.
